If you want a taste of mindfulness without the commitment of the 8-week course then this course is for you. You will learn to see life from a different perspective and find out how to start responding more skilfully to situations at work and home. You will be given short recordings for home practice and guidance on building informal mindfulness into your daily life. The course is a mixture of meditative practices and group exercises.
