WEN is looking at setting up an investment group where likeminded individuals can invest into a regulated investment portfolio which is mandated to invest in particular investment themes which are designed to support women from all backgrounds and walks of life.

History

For hundreds of years women have SAVED money for weddings, family celebrations, holidays and funerals.

We rely on our savings to ‘see us through’ or our pensions to live comfortably into our retirement.  This method is no longer the way forward…We MUST think differently!

Today

It is time we, as women, empower ourselves to think differently, with our relationship to money and spending.  Savings will NEVER accumulate YOU wealth, BUT investing your money into WENs unique investment group, will generate you financial stability.

WENIG Aim

WENIG aim is to generate an income or appreciation over time through investment.   You will have options of how you want to invest your money when you decide to join us on this incredible journey to financial stability. 

How long do I have to invest my money? The minimum amount of time you will be expected to invest with WEN is for 5 years.

 How much will it cost me? You can invest with WENIG for as little as £5 per week OR £20 per calendar month.  WENIG will accept all women as we have catered for all women, even those with low incomes… We have left ‘NO Woman Behind’.

Trusting In WENIG?

Can I trust WEN? WEN is a trusted company, and we are based in the UK.  Therefore, WEN will be a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Registered company – This means we will be registered with the financial regulatory body in the United Kingdom, who will regulate and oversee your money.  WEN is a safe and secure ‘Women Investment Group’.

 Types of Investment & The truth about Investing

These investments will be invested in regulated funds and as such are invested within the stock market.  Some is likely to be in funds which produce dividends, some which produce interest and some which focus more on capital appreciation.

As they are investments they will fluctuate in value and there is a degree of risk due to being in the stock market.  The value can fall, and you may not get back what you invest especially if drawn out in the short term.

However, the level of risk you invest at will dictate how much the investment fluctuates with more risk likely to lead to larger volatility.

Savings Or Investments

It is not like a typical savings account which provides a set level of interest instead the returns are expected to be long term capital growth and we would not expect any investor to look to invest for less than 5 years.

Money will be able to be withdrawn at any time but we would not recommend any investment for a timescale of less than 5 years as the investment market is volatile.

In today’s current climate, we need to adapt to ‘survive’.

We are constantly stressing and worrying about money.  Unsure as to whether we will have enough money to pay the nursery fees, school uniforms, mortgage, rent, utility bills, petrol to fill your car to get you to work on time, travel expenses, or fearful as to whether or not you will be able to provide a hot meal for your family this week.  

We must transform our relationship with money from savings to investing and we MUST do it NOW!
