8 Week course, 2.25 hours per week, online.

You will learn skills to enable you apply mindfulness to your life, how to focus your attention and make skilful choices. This can help you to manage things that are painful or difficult and also to appreciate the pleasant things in your life more fully. The course is a mixture of meditative practices, exercises and group discussion. There is daily home practice of up to one hour, recordings will be provided for these practices and there are also techniques that you will learn to use in your everyday life. You should consider how you are going to fit this daily home practice into your days. Consistent practice may increase the likelihood of benefitting from the course.
