WEN Terms and Conditions

Respect for All

All WEN members are expected to treat each other with respect and dignity.

WEN underpins Equality for All, and Equality Diversity and Inclusion.

Men will be welcomed as guest speakers or at events/trainers on WEN online training platform.

All members must agree to attend all scheduled and agreed upon sessions. If more that 3 schedules sessions are not attended, then you may lose your membership.

WEN require 48 hours cancellation notice of any scheduled session booked

Men are allowed on site, however ideally upon request and or permission from WEN Directors.

GDPR

All discussion/s relating to WEN members must not be disclosed to any non -member/s. Consequence of this will be that your membership will be terminated.

Safeguarding – means protecting an adult’s right to live in safety, free from abuse and neglect. WEN underpins Safeguarding and we uphold this policy.

Health and Safety

All members are expected to wear a mask if necessary.

Membership Refusal upon application; WEN Management reserve the right to refuse membership.

WEN Management has the right to instantly terminate membership– should WEN members be found to be in breach of GDPR, sharing confidential or disclosed information of other WEN members to non-members.
